Happiness = Peace of Mind

Every day of this life is a gift and it feels like an honour to be part of this year’s Happiness Route throughout Haarlem.

I am a psychologist, coach and trainer, specialized in Mindfulness and Positive Psychology.

To me happiness lies in the simple things and starts with appreciation, gratitude and feeling peace in my mind. I am looking forward to sharing with you what makes me happy. And I hope that you will leave the Workshops sharing some of your own feelings of happiness ;-)

Mindfulness - all levels welcome (in English)
Let's start this first Sunday morning in February together with a simple and relaxing Mindfulness Meditation.

This is a nice way to either learn more about Mindfulness by experiencing it in the moment or, if you already have Mindfulness experience, practise together in a group with like-minded people.

All levels of experience welcome.

This LIFE COACHING session: a fusion of MINDFULNESS and POSITIVE PSYCHOLOGY

What if I told you that it is possible to easily evoke more happiness in yourself as well as in somebody else’s life?

Curious? Then come and join us for this Life Coaching session “SHARE YOUR HAPPINESS”.

We will practise a simple mindfulness meditation in order to arrive in the moment, just to be a bit more in the ‘here and now’. After this we will do an exercise together that has been scientifically proven to alter your own and someone else’s feeling of happiness. Nothing weird, no woo woo – a simple pen and paper, your own curiosity and the motivation to write something down will do the trick ;-)


No mindfulness experience necessary in order to join.
